Their existing setup lacked a platform capable of handling technically complex product catalogs with detailed hardware specifications, multiple brand lines (HPE, Dell, ASUS), new and refurbished product options, and a structured consultation-driven buying process suited to high-value enterprise purchases that require expert guidance before ordering.

We developed a comprehensive B2B e-commerce platform for Server Store (a Comprint Enterprise), built on a modern headless commerce stack with AWS S3 cloud storage for product assets. The platform features a structured product catalog across five core categories — Servers, Storage, Workstations, Options & Spares, and Endpoints — with detailed technical product descriptions, INR pricing, and a “Get Offer” pricing model suited to enterprise negotiations.
