The client needed a comprehensive e-commerce platform to showcase and sell their extensive range of diamond and fashion jewellery — spanning bridal, hip hop, men’s, women’s, children’s, lab-grown diamonds, luxury watches, and custom pieces — from their physical store in San Antonio, TX to a broader US audience online. Their existing setup lacked a structured digital storefront capable of managing a deeply diverse jewellery catalog across multiple audiences and styles, while also communicating specialist services such as custom jewellery, jewellery repair, diamond education, and financing options — all essential for high-value jewellery purchases.
