Challenge
The client, a Belgian refurbished electronics retailer, needed an e-commerce platform to sell a large inventory of refurbished iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Samsung devices, and laptops across grading conditions (3-star to 5-star). The site required clear pricing comparisons (refurbished vs. new price), warranty/quality trust signals, a buyback/sell-your-device flow, and multilingual support (Dutch/English).
Solution Implemented
We built a category-driven storefront with detailed product grading (condition stars, storage/color variants), savings-percentage badges, a dedicated “sell your device” buyback flow, and trust-building sections (warranty info, physical service centers, repair services). The platform supports multilingual browsing and showcases best-sellers, new arrivals, and deals to drive conversions.
