Challenge

The client needed an online platform to let customers hire (and optionally buy) suits, tuxedos, and accessories across Australia, without the overhead of physical retail stores. Key challenges included handling sizing uncertainty for rentals, managing delivery/return logistics nationwide, and giving customers confidence that the right fit would arrive on time for important events.

Solution Implemented

We built a WooCommerce-powered e-commerce platform supporting both “Hire” and “Buy” product catalogs (suits, tuxedos, jackets, shirts, vests, shoes, ties, accessories, kids’ range). The platform includes a “Perfect Fit Guarantee,” an optional backup-size add-on, group rental discounts, prepaid return label generation, and order tracking — all designed to remove friction from renting formalwear online.
