The client needed a premium e-commerce platform to bring the iconic Japanese chocolate brand ROYCE’ to Indian consumers. Their existing setup lacked a centralized online store capable of showcasing a wide range of luxury chocolate products, managing festive and corporate gift enquiries, handling same-day melt-free delivery, and providing a seamless gifting experience for occasions like Diwali, weddings, birthdays, and corporate events across India.
