The client needed a specialized e-commerce platform to sell professional-grade business headsets and communication accessories to offices, call centers, and remote workers across the US. Their existing setup lacked smart product filtering by phone brand compatibility, use-case, and connectivity type — making it difficult for business buyers to find the exact headset that matched their existing phone systems (Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, Yealink, etc.) and work environments.

Solution Implemented

We developed a fully structured e-commerce platform for TruVoice Telecom built on Shopify, featuring intelligent navigation across multiple dimensions — shop by headset type (wireless/wired), shop by brand (Jabra, Poly/Plantronics, EPOS/Sennheiser, Yealink, BlueParrott, TruVoice), and shop by phone brand compatibility (Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Grandstream, Shoretel, etc.).
